ARRIVAL
Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. or by prior arrangement. If arrival after 10:00 p.m. is required, special arrangements are essential.
DEPARTURE
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please remember that just as we make a commitment to a guest upon receiving a reservation, so too, the guest makes a commitment to the Inn. Please keep in mind the following policies:
- Reservations require a 50% deposit, which is charged at the time a reservation is made.
- To receive a refund, (less $25 processing fee) cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the date of arrival. If cancellation occurs inside of the required 14-day period prior to your arrival, no deposit will be refunded unless the entire reserved stay is rebooked by another party. Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room. This policy applies to advance credit card deposits, early departures, and cancellations.
*During September and October, there is a 2 night minimum length of stay Friday through Sunday.
MEALS
Room rates include a continental breakfast. We make every effort to accommodate our Inn guests at our restaurant; however, the restaurant accepts revervations from other than Inn guests. It is recommended that you reserve your restaurant table when reserving your guest room.
TARIFFS
All rates are quoted "double occupancy." Each additional person is $35 extra. CT room occupancy tax of 12% is added to your bill. Corporate mid-week rates are available.
SETTLING YOUR ACCOUNT
American Express, Diners, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted as are personal checks when accompanied by proper identification.
RESTRICTIONS
There is no smoking in the Inn. Pets are not allowed. The Inn is appropriate for children over ten.
FACILITIES
Our on-site restaurant serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday night
Golf, tennis, hiking, skiing, and swimming are all available within a five-minute drive of the Inn.
Woodbury is justly famous for its many quality antiques shops. A fax machine is available in the Inn's office. The Inn is air conditioned throughout
