The Longwood Country Inn Holiday Menu Appetizers Misto Salad $8 Crisp field greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, carrot crown, and honey balsamic vinaigrette. Lobster Bisque $8/$11 An Inn specialty, creamy bisque with bundles of sweet lobster meat. Cream of Spring Pea and Chicken Soup $6/$9 Morsels of chicken and sweet peas. Arugula Salad $9 Peppery arugula with goat cheese, mandarin oranges, pecans, and strawberry champagne vinaigrette. Maryland Crab Cake $15 Jumbo lump crab meat with herbs, spices, and our own special crust, pan fried, and served with remoulade sauce.
